CHAIRMAN
Dr. NWANKWO TOCHUKWU IHEAKAM was born on 1st of September in Okpanku Amumara in Ezinihitte Mbaise L.G.A of Imo State.
He had his early education at shell camp primary school, Owerri, and proceeded for his secondary education at government secondary school Owerri.
He had his tertiary education from Michael Okpara university of Agriculture, Umudike, Umuahia in Abia State, where he obtained a Bachelor of Agriculture (B.Agric).
In 2006/2007 he proceeded to serving the nation via National youth service corpse (NYSC) In Abeokuta, Ogun State, the ministry of Agriculture to be precise.
After which He secured an appointment as A Facility manager at TDA facilities management limited in 2009/2010 under the Umbrella of Betterdayz Integrated services limited.
Having worked as a facility manager Kabusa Gardens Estate, in Prince and Princess Estate, 2011-2013, City view Estate 2012-2013, Understood the dynamics of Subscribers and land owners (Developers).
In 2014 was a co founder of Prestigious Planet-Next Intermedium Limited as the pioneer Managing Director from 2014 -2018.
Nwankwo, Tochukwu enjoys volunteerism and Humanitarian activity which are some of the characteristics.

He is the current Chairman of Planet-Next Intermedium Limited. An Indigenous real estate company, and a major player/active competitor in the industry.
He is currently The Ex Officio 1 of the Prestigious Real Estate Association of Nigeria, FCT, Chapter
Tochukwu is happily married to his Lovely wife Mrs. Evarister Ovoke Nwankwo and are blessed with 4 children.
